What is Hundo?
Hundo is a daily estimation game where you answer five questions by placing a dial somewhere between 0 and 100. Each question has a true numeric answer, and your score for that question is simply the distance between your guess and the real number — so a bullseye scores zero, and lower totals are better. The five questions are the same for everyone playing on the same local date, which makes it easy to compare how well you did against friends. Beyond the solo daily round, Hundo offers a live party mode: one person hosts, players join with a room code or QR code from a phone, and everyone's guesses are revealed at the same time on a single ruler. Hosts can even bring their own questions. There is no app to install and no sign-up required — progress is kept in an anonymous browser session, and you can share your result without an account. The game is free, with nothing to buy or unlock.
How Hundo works
- Goal
Get the lowest total score by guessing each of five answers as close as possible on a 0-to-100 dial.
- Your moves
- Set the dial to a whole number between 0 and 100
- Lock in the guess
- Complete all five questions
- Join a live room with a code or QR
- Reading the feedback
- Distance between guess and answer
- Your score for that question; lower is better.
- Score of zero
- A bullseye — your guess matched the true answer exactly.
- When a round ends
A round ends after five questions are answered; the next round starts at midnight in the player's own time zone.
Your first round
- Open the game in a browser — no account is needed.
- Read the first of five questions.
- Set the dial to a whole number between 0 and 100 as your estimate.
- Lock in the guess and move to the next question.
- After five questions, see your total score based on how far each guess was from the true answer.
Easy to miss
- A bullseye scores zero, not a bonus — lower totals are always better.
- Answers are always whole numbers, never decimals.
- The same five questions apply to everyone on the same local date.
- Your progress lives in an anonymous browser session, so there is no account to log into.

Hundo FAQ
Is Hundo free to play?
Yes. It is free to play with nothing to buy or unlock, and it runs in a web browser with no app or sign-up required.
How many questions are in each round?
Each round has five estimation questions. Every answer is a whole number between 0 and 100.
How is my score calculated?
Your score for each question is the distance between your guess and the true answer, so lower is better. A perfect guess — a bullseye — scores zero.
When does a new puzzle appear?
A new round of five questions starts at midnight in your own time zone. Everyone playing on the same local date gets the same five questions.
How does the party mode work?
A host starts a live game and shares a room code or QR code that players use to join from their phones. Everyone answers the same questions, and the guesses are revealed simultaneously on one ruler. Hosts can also bring their own questions.
