What is Waffle?
Waffle takes scrambled letters arranged in a waffle-shaped grid and asks you to fix them. The letters form words that read across and down, and the puzzle starts with many of them jumbled. Your job is to swap pairs of tiles until every horizontal and vertical sequence of letters is a valid word. You have a limited budget of 15 swaps to do it, so each move should be deliberate. When you finish, leftover swaps translate into a star rating, and running out of swaps ends the game with no stars. A new daily puzzle appears alongside a weekly Deluxe Waffle and other variants, with streak and total star statistics tracking your progress over time.
